1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Nalom Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Nalom Tech provides e-commerce maintenance and support services, including but not limited to bug fixing, performance optimization, security patching, custom development, and platform migrations for PrestaShop, Magento, WooCommerce, and Shopify stores.
3. Hour Packs & Billing
Hour packs are prepaid blocks of development time. Unused hours roll over for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unused hours expire. Time is tracked and reported transparently. Only active development time is billed.
4. Service Store
Fixed-price services are delivered within the estimated timeframe listed in our service catalog. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on complexity. We will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nalom Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
