What counts as billable time?
Only active development and debugging time is billed. Research, internal communication, and deployment are included. We track time transparently and share detailed logs.
Can I upgrade my pack mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your remaining hours from the current pack will carry over to the new one.
What's the response time?
Standard response time is within 24 hours for all packs. Emergency Priority Support guarantees a 2-hour response window.
Do unused hours expire?
Hours roll over for up to 90 days from the purchase date. After that, any unused hours expire.
What if my task takes more hours than I have?
We'll notify you before exceeding your pack hours and give you the option to purchase additional hours or upgrade your pack.
Can I use hours across multiple stores?
Yes. Your hour pack can be used across multiple stores and platforms. Just let us know which store the task is for when submitting your request.
